Why our systems

Why we chose one Canadian manufacturer

Honest Water systems are built in Barrie, Ontario, an hour up the road: softeners, Zentec filters, Filtermax filtration and Sureflo reverse osmosis. Parts, media and warranty support come from the same place, and the residential line carries warranties from 7 to 20 years unlimited depending on the series.

Standardizing on one line means we stock the cartridges, resin and media for everything we install, our technicians know every valve, and a service call is one visit rather than a parts order. It also means we can be honest about which series you need, because we sell all of them.
