These terms cover water softeners and other systems you buy online on this website from Honest Water, Keswick, Ontario. This page is a plain description of how we sell, not legal advice.
What you are buying
Installed: the system, the install, the bypass and fittings, and a hardness reading before and after the install.
Equipment only: the system with no install. Softeners come with a bypass valve and a 3/4 inch brass sweat adapter kit. Delivery is free anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area and Barrie. Anywhere else, call or text and we will sort out delivery.

Prices and payment
- Prices are in Canadian dollars. 13% HST is added at checkout.
- Checkout runs on Stripe. You can pay by card and other methods Stripe offers at checkout.
- Klarna financing is offered at checkout, subject to Klarna's approval. Your Klarna plan is between you and Klarna, on Klarna's terms.
After you order
Installed systems: if you buy between 8 am and 5 pm on a business day, we reach out within 30 minutes to book you in, and your install is scheduled within two business days. Orders placed outside those hours are booked the same way from the start of the next business day.
For equipment-only orders, we call or text to book your delivery. If your home needs a 60,000 grain softener, it costs more than the 30,000 and 45,000 grain price, and we confirm the difference with you before we install.
Returns and refunds
Once a system is installed, we do not take it back and we do not refund it. This applies whether we installed it or you did.
For a problem with an installed system, call or text 289-221-5382. We will look at it, and the manufacturer's warranty covers defects for the period stated for your system.
Your rights
Nothing on this page limits your rights under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or the manufacturer's warranty.
